New See3 Site Launched!

We've been so busy building websites for our nonprofit clients, we rarely had time for our own site.  Well, we finally carved out the time and redesigned our site for Drupal.

Why do we love our new site so much?

  • Brand new Content Management System!  Now we don't have to bug our programmers to add and edit pages.
  • New design!  We moved to a three-column layout, and our designer Emily did an incredible job updating our look.
  • Latest news!  With our news and events modules, we make it easy for you to know what we're up to and where we'll be.
  • Media galore!  We can really show off our latest work using our image slideshow and video gallery.

We're excited to share our new site with you, and hope you will spend some time reviewing our services and seeing if we're a good match for your organization.

To celebrate the launch of Ready for School's new website, they have started "Tuesdays with Heckman", an online event featuring the work of Nobel Prize winning economist James Heckman.  Each week, Ready for School will be featuring a new animated video we created to illustrate Professor Heckman's research and theories around early childhood development.

Watch the rest of the Heckman videos on the Heckman Equation website, also produced by See3.

Trisomy 18 Foundation is among 100 charities that earned a $25,000 grant during Round 1 of the Chase Community Giving Challenge on Facebook.  Now in Round 2, Chase Bank is offering Trisomy 18 Foundation the opportunity to compete for an additional $1 Million prize and five $100,000 prizes, to be decided by public vote from January 15-22, 2010.

We produced the below video to help Victoria Miller, Trisomy 18 Foundation’s Founder and Executive Director, make her case for the winning prize.

Victoria was overwhelmed by the show of support for Trisomy 18’s mission to make Trisomy 18 a preventable and treatable condition.

“Making it to Round 2 is evidence of how common and devastating this chromosomal condition can be to parents around the world,” she said. “When my husband and I lost our son Isaac in 2001, just 11 days after he was born, the Trisomy 18 community was unimaginably small. I started the Trisomy 18 Foundation so these children are just not forgotten, and now we have a real chance to turn our passion into positive and lasting change for all children with Trisomy 18 who have touched our lives—yesterday, tomorrow, and in the years to come”.

All nonprofits should develop a video strategy—a persistent, methodical approach to producing and distributing video content that achieves organizational goals. And YouTube, the largest online video site by far, should be a part of their online communications plan.
